Kimley-Horn's traffic engineering & planning team is looking for an experienced civil engineer-in-training (EIT) to join our Dallas office. Interested candidates must have a willingness to perform general civil engineering, traffic engineering, and transportation

tasks supporting various project managers as required.

Position Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

  • Strong communication, leadership and technical skills.

  • Must possess or working towards obtaining the "Engineer-In-Training" or "Engineering Intern" certification.

Min. Experience 2+ years

Min. Education Level Bachelor's Degree

Required Major Civil Engineering

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of AutoCad, ArcGIS, and Synchro

  • Previous internship experience with a civil engineering design firm

  • Desire to work in the traffic engineering and transportation planning field
