The Coordinator of Business Services is responsible for daily operation of Business Services area with ten (10) or more employees. Performs necessary duties related to Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. The Coordinator of Business Services assists Administrator with practice operations. The Coordinator of Business Services maintains and interprets practice policies and procedures. The Coordinator of Business Services supervises assigned Clerical Staff. The Coordinator of Business Services maintains and interprets practice policies and procedures relating to Business Services and handle confidential matters concerning these policies and procedures. The Coordinator of Business Services inform administrator of operational problems involving staff or equipment and determine necessary action to be taken in practice Administrator's absence. The Coordinator of Business Services Communicate with various staff members regarding practice operations relating to Business Services. The Coordinator of Business Services schedule and coordinate workload for Clerical Staff to ensure accurate scheduling of appointments and data entry activities.
The ideal candidate for The Coordinator of Business Services candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers. Must be detailed oriented, a team player and possess strong organizational skills.
