What we\u0026#39;re looking for:
High School Diploma
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build customer relationships
Strong typing skills (minimum 35 wpm)
People who aren’t afraid to make a difference
Warm heart, love for pets, determination and a witty sense of humor
Flexible scheduling, nights, holidays and weekend availability, we’re 24/7 - 365
Have a passion for helping people
Success working in a high volume, fast paced atmosphere/environment
Ability to handle challenging customer interactions via phone call, chat or email
