About this Role:

The HRIS Analyst will supporting People Analytics initiatives, administer HR systems, ensure integrity of HR databases and provide global reporting and analysis to the HR Organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Delivers regularly scheduled analyses/reports as required, including monthly/quarterly/daily employee data reports, attrition/hiring analyses, and government mandated reports. Produces ad hoc analyses and reports as needed. Takes ownership of problems and uses initiative to further investigate any data anomalies. Proactively reviews and analyzes reports highlighting trends and areas for attention.

  • Provides analysis for “consulting-type” internal initiatives intended to improve Gartner’s people-based efforts (e.g., identifying optimal hiring profiles, understanding recruiting productivity and throughputs, evaluating attrition trends, assessing quality of hires, etc.). Supports GVP, People Analytics and other HR leaders with data analysis.

  • Maintains tables related to organizational, job, and location structure in HRIS. Creates and updates systems access permissions. Participates in the testing of new/upgraded software when needed. Assists in HRIS design and system development.

  • Provides HR systems support to end-users, including HR team members and other Gartner associates across all business units and geographies. Identifies and addresses system problems, and assists in the development and execution of best practices across the organization. Conducts general and specific systems training programs for organization employees. Supports both HR and the business with the introduction of HR self-service applications.

Job Requirements:

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelors of Science or BA in an analytical discipline

  • 3-5 years HR experience; experience with HR systems

  • Knowledge of HR business process

  • Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and presentation skills
