We are seeking a talented individual for a Senior Manager, IT who is responsible for the leadership, delivery, effectiveness and overall performance of one or more IT functional areas and the corresponding technologies. Responsible for talent development and planning for current and future needs and the delivery of the organization(s) IT services. Partners with multiple teams across the enterprise to ensure corporate success. Level is defined by volume, scope and organization complexity.

The individual in this role will lead a team if server engineers providing level 3 support and platform delivery for all HMS infrastructure projects. It is his/her role to work closely with the application development teams to assist them in technology implementations. This person in this role is responsible for managing relationships with other HMS management teams ranging from Application Development, Database Administration, Help Desk and Solutions Architecture and Engineering.

EssentialResponsibilities:

  • Provides leadership, direction and performance of technical teamsto ensure the delivery of IT services.

  • Defines business objectives and tactical operations to achieved definedobjectives.

  • Engages technical and business teams to ensure the team direction,priority and focus enable corporate success.

  • Communicates with upper-management and internal clients toidentify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

  • Delivers proactive, business focused IT services that enable rapidbusiness growth and smooth business operations.

  • Provides the vision and leadership for the team ranging from shortterm tactical steps to long term direction and strategy.

  • Coordinates priorities between the IT department and userdepartments.

  • Oversees technical team in collaboration with vendor and othersupport teams for problem resolution.

  • Leads the development and maintenance of the IT strategic plan.

  • Leads, approves and monitors major Infrastructure projects, ITbudgets, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT performance.

  • Continues to seek out opportunities to increase internal clientsatisfaction and deepen client relationships.

MinimumEducation:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required.

Minimum Related Work Experience:

  • 8 years related experience in technology management, customerrelationship management and staff management.

  • Working knowledge of multiple disciplines and technologies.
